Dallas – March 31, 2007 – Trinity Hunt Partners has invested approximately $16.0 million in Mount Vernon, Texas based Jordan Healthcare in support of its purchase of Chartwell Home Care, a leading provider of in-home Medicaid services in Texas. The acquisition of Chartwell, based in Dallas, Texas, firmly establishes Jordan Healthcare as a leading regional provider of Medicaid and Medicare home care services for over 15,000 clients/patients throughout Texas. The combined company will be led by Mike Jordan as Chairman and Roy Serpa as Chief Executive Officer.

Founded in 1975, Jordan Healthcare provides home health services to both Medicare and Medicaid eligible patients throughout 55 counties in East Texas and Arkansas. With approximately 6,300 employees, Jordan Healthcare is one of the largest home healthcare providers in the state. The Company provides home care services including personal care, home management, and skilled nursing.

Also founded in 1975, Chartwell Home Care provides home health services to Medicaid eligible patients throughout Texas. Chartwell’s 5,900 employees currently serve the Company’s patients through its 10 licensed offices in Abilene, Arlington, Corpus Christi, Del Rio, Edinburg, Jasper, Laredo, Pasadena, Round Rock and San Antonio.
