Description:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist performing hands-on therapy services during in-home visits.  You have a unique opportunity to assist patients to regain their independence and remain at home.  You will coordinate care with other members of the clinical team.  Jordan’s innovative team has moved into the electronic age, in part, through the utilization of Homecare Homebase and has become 95% paper-free.  Access to patient and physician is available from a hand-held device. 
Our software solution will allow you to electronically document 100% of your care delivery while in the patient’s home.  Because Jordan has been able to significantly reduce its daily operational costs, our owners have increased salaries which are often significantly above our competitors in many areas.

Requirements:

• Current PTA license in the state of licensure or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Prefer two (2) years experience as a PTA, but not required
• Prefer working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits
