Jordan Health Services is pleased to announce that effective August 13, 2012, Jordan and Dominion Care Home Health have combined their organizations to more effectively serve the home care needs of the San Antonio and surrounding communities. Terms will not be disclosed. Effective with this transaction Dominion Care Home Health will now be known as Jordan Health Services.
