Dean Anthony Holland, Chief Executive Officer

Dean Holland joined Jordan as Operating Executive, and subsequently Executive Chairman, with the December 2010 acquisition by Palladium Equity Partners. In July 2011, Mr. Holland assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer, lending his close to 30 years experience as a senior executive in the health care industry to the organization. Over this period of time, Mr. Holland has had extensive experience in all facets of hospital and home health care operations, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and strategic initiatives/turnarounds.

Mr. Holland is also Founder and President of Morrland Holdings, Inc., a holding company with a variety of business interests in industries such as health care, energy, light manufacturing, media, and enabling software services and development.

Additionally, Mr. Holland’s other business interests include serving as the Managing Member of a private equity group, Evermore Investments, which actively invests in early-stage companies, primarily in the Midwestern United States. Mr. Holland holds various Board positions in non-profit and for-profit business organizations.

Mr. Holland has obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY.

Lance Cornell, CPA, President

Lance Cornell joined Jordan Health Services in 2000 bringing more than 15 years of senior level financial experience in Home Care. After tenures serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Lance was promoted to his current position of President in July 2011.  

At Jordan, Lance’s experience in corporate finance and Home Care operations has been critical to the company’s growth and success.  Under Lance’s leadership, the Executive Management Team was established in 2004 to develop and execute company goals and to provide excellent support to the field operations.  Since 2000, Lance has cultivated, planned, executed and integrated nine acquisitions with the largest being Chartwell Community Services in 2007 which doubled the size of the Community Care operations and expanded Jordan Health Services throughout Texas.  During Lance’s tenure company revenues have grown from $28 million to $132 million through acquisitions and internal growth.

Prior to joining Jordan, Lance was the president and owner of Cornell Financial Solutions from 1996 to 2000.  From 1998 to 2000 Lance served as Chief Financial Offer of Millennium Health Care of America, Inc.

Lance earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He is also a CPA licensed in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gregg Cannady, Vice President and General Counsel

Greg Cannady is a 19-year veteran of business/corporate law and joined the Jordan Health Services team in 2008. At Jordan Health Services, Gregg provides legal support to all aspects of the organization, as well as leading the mergers and acquisition processes and team.

Prior to joining Jordan Health Services, Gregg practiced law for 17 years with Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P. in Dallas.  While at Carrington Coleman, and since joining Jordan Health Services, Gregg has served as the principal legal advisor to the company on mergers and acquisitions and on questions of corporate finance, structure, and governance.  As General Counsel, in addition to providing legal advice on day-to-day matters, Gregg serves as corporate secretary and is a member of Jordan Health Services’ Compliance Committee.

Before beginning his law practice with Carrington Coleman in 1990, Gregg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Reavley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. From 1979 to 1989, Gregg worked in the government relations department of Atlantic Richfield Company

Gregg earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he served on the editorial board of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review in 1988 and 1989.  Gregg received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and his Bachelor’s Degree from Rice University.

Molly Tomlin, RN, CHC, CLNC, Chief Compliance Officer

Molly Tomlin, RN, CHC, CLNC, has more than 25 years experience in the field of nursing and executive management in the home health industry. Prior to joining Jordan Health Services, Molly served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Manager working in the home care industry. Her expertise and responsibilities focused on Corporate Compliance, Legal Nursing, Outcome Based Quality Improvement, Outcome Based Quality Management, PEER Review, Occupational Illness and Injury, Safety Programs and HIPAA Compliance. As General Manager, Molly was responsible for assuring and maintaining financial integrity for multi-site operations including sales strategies, business development, P&L management, budgeting and recruiting.

This blend of operations experience and a strong background in Corporate Compliance have significantly contributed to Molly’s success in the home healthcare and hospice business.

In addition to being an RN, licensed in the State of Texas, Molly Tomlin is Certified in Healthcare Compliance and is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She is a member of the Texas, Tennessee and Georgia Homecare Associations and has served on the board of the Texas Association of Homecare. She is also a member of the National Association of Homecare and Hospice.

Molly became an LVN/LPN graduating with honors from the South Central Area School of Practical Nursing in West Plains, Missouri, prior to graduating from Regents College, Albany, NY with an RN degree.

Roberta Wilson, RN, BSN, MBA, Sr. Vice President of Clinical Operations

Roberta Wilson joined Jordan Health Services as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations in April, 2012, bringing with her more than 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience in all aspects of organizational performance. Her responsibilities include clinical operations of both Certified and Community Care business lines, program development, staff development, performance improvement activities, utilization review and regulatory activities.

Ms. Wilson's career with large multi-system, multi-state, rapid-growth organizations, in both home health care and hospice, includes her role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services for CareSouth Home Care Professionals, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources for Southern Care, Inc. and National Director of Regulatory Affairs for Tender Loving Care/Staff Builders.

Ms. Wilson holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Kathy Stevens, Vice President of Medicare Services

Kathy Stevens joined the Jordan team in 2005, bringing more than 17 years of clinical and operations experience. Initially, she served as the Administrator for the largest Medicare unit where she achieved success in the areas of census growth, profitability, staff turnover, and patient care. Under Kathy’s leadership, the location received the prestigious honor of being named to the 2008 Home Care Elite listing. Due to her success, Kathy was promoted to Regional Director of Operations where she was responsible for the performance of multiple sites. As a valued member of Jordan’s Medicare Services leadership team, in September 2009 Kathy was promoted to Vice President of Medicare Services.

Prior to joining Jordan, Kathy served as the Director of Clinical Operations for Gentiva Health Services where she was responsible for day-to-day operations for both Medicare and Pediatric Services. She was also responsible for Joint Commission accreditation.

Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds certifications as a Legal Nurse Consultant and OASIS Specialist. She has also served on the Advisory Board for the Associate Degree Nursing program at Paris Junior College.

Donna Medley, Vice President of Community Care Services and Pediatrics

Donna Medley has the longest tenure in home care of all members of the Executive Team. With over 31 years experience in home care, Donna’s experience is invaluable to the organization and ensuring success in her role as Vice President of the Community Care and Pediatric divisions. As Vice President, Ms. Medley is responsible for leading ten locations which employ over 10,000 employees. She is ultimately responsible for the operations, future planning, growth, and structure to ensure continued success.

Prior to her current role, Donna served as Administrator for over 23 years for both Medicare and Community Care locations. Donna is an active member of the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice and currently serves as a member of the Community Care Committee.

Tim Conroy, Vice President of Business Development

Tim Conroy joined Jordan Health Services in August 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development. Tim provides more than 15 years of sales and marketing leadership with specific focus on training, sales and operations management, and business development throughout the healthcare industry including rehabilitation, long term care, acute care, home health and hospice.

Prior to joining Jordan, Tim worked as Vice President of sales for a national home health, hospice, and personal care company. Additional experiences include national sales director and training responsibilities, divisional leadership responsibilities, and start up responsibilities owning and operating a rehabilitation company. Following the sale of that company, Tim decided to return to his passion for senior care in the home health industry.

Tim obtained undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s of Science in Speech Pathology from East Tennessee State University. Following completion of the clinical graduate coursework, he completed his MBA in Health Services Management from the University of Tennessee.

Kathy Poland, PHR, Vice President of Human Resources

Kathy Poland serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Jordan Health Services and brings over 17 years of strategic human resource experience to her position.   Kathy joined Jordan Health Services in 2002 and is responsible for leading the human resource department to care for the organization’s largest investment, its people.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Kathy has implemented many initiatives that have made a positive effect on the operations of the organization including a retooling of compensation, benefits, safety initiatives and the organization on boarding process.   Since implementation of these initiatives, Jordan’s workforce is more engaged resulting in improved financials and continued growth.  In 2007, Kathy was responsible for negotiating dramatic enhancements to benefits which resulted in double digit enrollment increases and Jordan’s ability to attract and retain top talent. 
 
Prior to Jordan Health Services, Kathy served as the Regional HR Generalist from 1992-2002 for Tetra Tech EMI.  Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Amberton University.  In addition, Kathy is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Chad Wooten, Vice President of Finance

Chad Wooten serves as the Vice President of Finance for Jordan Health Services bringing more than 16 years experience to his position. Chad joined the Jordan Health Services team in 2002 and as Vice President of Finance is responsible for financial reporting, treasury, billing, payroll, accounts payable, and information technology.

At Jordan, Chad has helped guide the finance department through rapid organizational growth, systems advancement, multiple acquisitions, and increasingly stringent reporting and auditing standards. During 2007, Chad was instrumental in the implementation of a new accounting and financial reporting system. As a result, managers can easily view financial statements, review/approve expenses, and research variances within a virtually paperless environment.

Prior to joining Jordan Health Services, Chad served in various positions with PageNet Corporation, including inventory, general ledger, internal audit and capital projects. Chad earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Charles Mercer, IT Director

Charles Mercer joined Jordan Health Services in 2007 as the IT Director and brings over 14 years experience to his role.  As the IT Director, Charles is responsible for ensuring the IT and clinical systems are integrated to meet the operational, business and clinical needs of the organization. 

Since 2007, Jordan Health Services has implemented many initiatives that require employees to utilize technology to care for Jordan’s clients and patients.   As a result, the role of the IT department has been critical to develop, train and support these initiatives.  Under Charles leadership, the IT department has made significant enhancements to network infrastructure, help desk support and customer service that supports a mobile workforce utilizing the latest technology for the home care industry.   Working with Senior Management, Charles has delivered a corporate IT solution that is cost conscious and results driven.

Prior to Jordan, Charles served in a variety of IT positions, including Senior Systems Engineer for LANSystems, Senior Network Engineer for Home Care Concepts of America, and IS/Telecom Manager for Chartwell Home Care.

Lisa North, BSN, RN, COS-C, Director of Clinical Services

Lisa North, BSN, RN, COS-C serves as Jordan’s Director of Clinical Services and brings more than 20 years of acute care and skilled home services experience to the team. Lisa joined Jordan in 1999 and has held positions in operations, quality, and management. Her responsibilities for the company have included oversight of clinical operations for Jordan’s largest skilled services provider and its branches as well as development of disease management programs for the agency. In her current role she focuses on the effective integration of the company’s clinical software solution with operational processes.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Certificate for OASIS Specialist – Clinical. She is a member of the Medicare/Medicaid Committee for the Texas Association for Home Care and Hospice.
