CIMA Announcement
October 14, 2011

Dear Jordan Employees:

It is with great pleasure that I announce effective October 14, 2011, the business combination of Jordan Health Services and CIMA Hospice. This business combination was made possible by way of Jordan's majority shareholder, Palladium Equity Partners, purchasing a majority interest in CIMA Hospice.

This combination is accretive to both organizations and provides complementary services that will expand each company’s respective service areas and create opportunities for growth. CIMA’s co-founder David Perez will continue to lead the hospice business as CIMA’s President and will help lead the integration process of the two organizations. David will report directly to me, and David's brother and CIMA co-founder, Ruben Perez, will be joining the Board of Directors of Jordan Health Services.

CIMA is headquartered in San Antonio, TX, and through four branch locations (San Antonio, New Braunfels, El Paso, McAllen) serves a significant portion of the south Texas marketplace. The Company has expanded successfully, through internal growth and establishment of new offices, a facet that we fully expect to bring to Jordan as we introduce hospice services to all of our existing markets as we move forward.

I could not be more excited about this development and what it means towards achieving Jordan's goal of becoming a preeminent provider of home care services in the southwestern United States. Hospice is a large, growing, underpenetrated service category. Adding this component to our already outstanding service offering affords us the opportunity to reach more broadly into and around our existing market area.

I hope you will all agree that this development only strengthens Jordan Health Services and you are equally excited about the opportunities it presents. In the coming months, many of you will be introduced to the professional staff of CIMA and I trust you will all welcome them to the team and provide the utmost of cooperation as we integrate our services and broaden our offering together to our client population.
