On May 26, 2012 in Marshall, Good Shepherd Medical Center held their Summer Music Festival! The event was held to raise public awareness of stroke risk factors and prevention. Jordan Health Services was able to educate the community about our Living Well with Hypertension program and the signs of a stroke and how manageable they are with the right diet and exercise. Good Shepherd staff offered free cholesterol and blood-pressure testing as well as weighing and stroke risk reduction consultation. It was a great experience, and Jordan Health Services was proud to be a part of it.
