I am excited to announce that effective July 1, 2011, Dean Holland, our Executive Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for Jordan Health Services has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Dean brings close to 30 years of senior leadership experience in health care to our company. Dean was a key driver in our successful recapitalization process with Palladium Equity Partners last December and has been very active with our company since the transaction. Our leadership team along with myself look forward to working with Dean in positioning Jordan Health Services to excel in the ever-changing home care industry.
